What's on Offer?
Salary of $121,281 p.a. (inclusive of a $12,000 Cost
of Living Allowance)
Full time hours on a Fixed Term 18-month
contract working remotely

About the Position
Our Recruitment Advisor is responsible for delivering a 360-degree
recruitment service to internal stakeholders, for positions at the Shire of
Ashburton.
An autonomous role that is supported by the People and Culture team,
the Recruitment Advisor delivers practical people solutions that contribute to
a productive, safe and engaged workplace culture.
This position is responsible for:
Delivery of a complete employment process
including internal stakeholder collaboration, identifying staffing needs,
drafting position descriptions, advertising, screening candidates, conducting
interviews,
and finalising employment offers.
Ensuring a high standard of candidate care as
the primary point of contact for candidates, providing feedback and guidance
through the recruitment process.
Execution of a seamless and timely onboarding
process.
Ensuring compliance with industrial relations
laws and working in line with the Shire's organisational practices and
procedures.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in end to end, high
volume internal recruitment.
Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices,
employment legislation and equal employment opportunity principles.
Ability to work autonomously with a high
attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills and
the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR
information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive, customer focused approach with the
ability to manage competing priorities.
