About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Night shift Supervisor with a civil background in drainage, excavation, pavements, FRP, and concrete
Key accountabilities:Supervise civil and structural construction activities in line with program, safety, quality & environmental requirementsCoordinate subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure productive site operationsConduct site inspections and maintain daily reporting and recordsEnsure compliance with Defence standards,



specifications and quality systemsAct as a safety ambassador on site, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with health and safety requirementsMonitor progress and assist with planning and sequencing of worksTrack site activities and costs, ensuring works are delivered in line with the approved budget and identifying any variancesContribute to risk management, issue resolution and continuous improvement on siteKey capabilities we are looking for:Proven experience in a Supervisor role across civil and structural scopes on infrastructure or building projectsStrong understanding of site‐based construction delivery, quality and safety systemsStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsTeam‐focused mindset with the ability to drive performance on site
Due to Defence security requirements, applicants must be Australian Citizens and eligible to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
