We help homeowners, builders, insurance companies and tradespeople find matching tiles that can't be purchased through traditional retailers.
Our warehouse contains hundreds of thousands of tiles, making organisation, accuracy and care essential to everything we do.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team.
This is not a standard forklift role.
You will be operating a 2.5 tonne forklift in tight warehouse spaces, transporting valuable and fragile tile stock where precision and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a 2.5 tonne forklift throughout the warehouse.
Move fragile tile stock carefully and efficiently through narrow aisles.
Pick customer orders for the sales team throughout the day.
Retrieve and store palletised stock accurately.
Maintain warehouse pallet inventory.
Replace empty display boxes with stock from warehouse pallets.
Assist with warehouse organisation and housekeeping.
Ensure safe handling of high-value and fragile products.
Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are completed promptly.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Current High Risk Forklift (LF) Licence.




Demonstrated experience operating forklifts in confined warehouse environments.
Excellent spatial awareness and precision when handling fragile products.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling when required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Highly Regarded
Previous experience in warehousing or logistics.
Experience handling fragile or high-value products.
Inventory or stock control experience.
