As a result, we're looking for an experienced Mobile Crushing & Screening Supervisor to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading site operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, production and client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring mobile crushing and screening crews.
Coordinating daily production activities to meet client requirements.
Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with statutory, company and client requirements.
Monitoring plant performance and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Managing site resources, contractors and operational priorities.
Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Completing operational reporting, planning and cost control activities.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who can confidently lead by example and deliver results.
You'll ideally have:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience supervising mobile crushing, quarrying or mining operations.
Demonstrated experience leading production crews.
Strong knowledge of mobile crushing and screening equipment.
Current Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
Mobile plant tickets and/or relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded).
Excellent planning, leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and sound operational judgement.
A genuine commitment to safety and team development.
Current HR Australian Driver's Licence.
White Card.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to complete or provide:
National Police Clearance.
Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
Drug & Alcohol Screening.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Working at Heights.
Confined Spaces.
