You'll play an important role in supporting clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide respectful and person-centred personal care.Assist with showering, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.Encourage clients to maintain independence wherever possible.Assist with light domestic tasks,



including bed making and maintaining a clean and safe home workplace.Follow individual care plans and organisational policies.Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns appropriately.Complete accurate documentation and progress notes.Build positive relationships with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.Essential RequirementsCertificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or Home & Community) or equivalent.Previous experience in home care, aged care, disability support, or community services.Current National Police Check.NDIS Worker Screening Check.Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.Current Working with Children Check (if required).
