About the role
We are currently seeking a Quality Manager in Adelaide.

Key responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the project Quality Management Plan and quality assurance framework.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, client specifications, industry standards and ISO **** quality management systems.
Manage quality risks, non-conformances, corrective actions, defects and audit programs to drive project performance and compliance.
Oversee inspection and testing processes, quality documentation, records management and project handover requirements.
Conduct internal and external audits of project teams, suppliers and subcontractors to verify quality outcomes and contractual compliance.
Provide leadership, training and mentoring to project teams, fostering a strong culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely achievement of project requirements.
Champion HSEQ standards and reporting, promoting safe work practices and environmental responsibility across all project activities.
About you
• A minimum of 7–10 years' construction/engineering project experience.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards (e.g. ISO ****:****), Industry Codes and Procedures.
• Robust negotiation and influencing skills.
• Previous experience with Project Document Management Systems.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certificate of Attainment in Quality Management or equivalent.
• Business or engineering degree (desirable).
• Lead auditor qualification.
