? About the Role
This is a full time Veterinary Nurse position offering variety, challenge, and the opportunity to utilise your nursing skills every day.
There are also opportunities to work at other Greencross clinics, such as Deeragun.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting veterinarians during consultations and proceduresSurgical preparation and theatre assistanceAnaesthetic monitoring and patient recoveryDental procedures and radiographyCollecting and processing pathology samplesAdministering medications and treatmentsHospital patient care and monitoringProviding support and education to clientsMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection controlAssisting with day-to-day clinic operations and workflowSupporting reception and client service duties when requiredWorking collaboratively with vets, nurses, students, and interns to deliver exceptional patient outcomesNo two days are ever the same, making this an ideal role for a nurse who enjoys a diverse caseload and a busy clinical environment.
About You
You're a confident, capable nurse who loves being hands-on and delivering outstanding care.
You'll bring:




Certificate IV in Veterinary NursingMinimum 2 years' clinical nursing experienceStrong skills in general nursing and anaesthetic monitoringExcellent communication and client care skillsA positive attitude and reliable work ethicStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA collaborative, team-first approachA willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive clinic cultureMost importantly, you're passionate about animal care and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
