Our client is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a warm, forward-thinking multidisciplinary team based near Stirling.
This is a permanent, full-time position supporting a mix of clinic and community-based clients across the lifespan, from children to adults, within a practice recognised for its Positive Behaviour Support expertise.

Starting salary of $120,000, increasing to $140,000 with growing leadership responsibilities $120 weekly fuel allowance for travel within 30 minutes of the clinic Annual PD budget of $****, with external supervision covered Adaptable, self-managed diary with full caseload autonomy About the Practice NDIS-focused caseload with plans to expand private work Multidisciplinary team of nine, including Behaviour Support Practitioners Clients range in age from 7 to 70, including those in schools, hospitals, and correctional settings A combination of clinic (2 days) and community-based delivery Strong administrative infrastructure with two admin staff and a compliance officer Structured onboarding, including a gradually increasing caseload to ensure a healthy work-life balance Why Join?
