Kwik Koffee in Canning Vale are on the hunt for a few fabulous baristas to help us provide outstanding coffee to the good folks.

We're looking for people who can work hard and quick, are keen to learn, leave their ego at the door, know that coffee is a team sport, and that treating customers and staff with respect is really valuable life advice.
As with every other job in hospitality - we need our baristas to agree to at least one day of weekend work where required.
We're happy to lock the day in so your roster doesn't change massively week to week - or be a bit flexible if that works easier for you.
We've listed the role as casual - but we are always on the hunt for permanent long term krew members if we can see you're a strong fit.

Kwik Koffee is a leading WA-Owned and operated drive-through coffee franchise.
We produce some of WA's best coffee in a fast-paced workplace.
Kwik Koffee is the drive-thru arm of Yahava KoffeeWorks and has been around WA since ****, and Yahava has been around since ****.
The Role –
Casual Baristas with full availability and capacity for permanent positions for the right fit.




******* Hours Approx.
Monday to Sunday
You will need to be available weekends and be a happy and efficient individual that loves delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Core Duties:
Making high-quality coffee at a consistently fast pace
Cash handling and POS operation
Exceptional customer service
General cleaning
Maintaining standards
Exceptional organization within the drive thru/ cafe
Helping staff with other workloads, and general operational duties
Core Requirements:
Minimum 2yrs experience in a similar role
Early Starts
Fast + Efficient
Good banter skills
Must be available at least one weekend day
