Help us open something special.Larry's Charcoal Chicken is opening soon in Subiaco, bringing together charcoal-fired cooking, quality produce, great drinks and genuine hospitality in a relaxed neighbourhood setting.
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager & FOH Legends to lead our front-of-house team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building culture from the start, creating memorable guest experiences and leading from the floor.
While this is a restaurant-first venue, we're looking for someone with a strong bar background or hybrid bar and floor skill set.
Someone who can confidently manage and supervise bar operations alongside the restaurant.
About the RoleYou'll be responsible for:
Leading the day-to-day operations of the venue
Building, training and developing a high-performing front-of-house team
Creating exceptional guest experiences every service
Rostering and managing labour costs
Ordering beverages and front-of-house supplies
Maintaining stock control and inventory
Working closely with the Head Chef and ownership team
Upholding service standards, venue presentation and compliance
Driving a positive, energetic team culture
About YouYou'll ideally have:
Previous experience managing a busy restaurant venue
Pervious experience with opening a venue form Day 1
Bar and beverage knowledge
Proven leadership and people management skills
Experience with rostering and ordering
A passion for hospitality and genuine customer service
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A calm, solutions-focused attitude under pressure
Approved Manager's Card (or willingness to obtain one)
