This role supports a varied caseload of NDIS, aged care, disability and paediatric clients, with the option to utilise in-house clinical hubs as needed.
The successful candidate will enjoy clinical autonomy, strong peer support, and the chance to deliver personalised care in homes, schools, and local centres.

Requirements
