We're looking for experienced Grounds Maintenance Leading Hands and Team Members who take pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering exceptional results.

What you'll be doing
Mowing, edging and maintaining high-quality sites.
Hedging, pruning and detailed garden maintenance.
Weed control and spraying.
Planting, mulching and garden rejuvenation.
Irrigation checks and minor repairs.
Litter collection and maintaining clean, safe and presentable sites.
Operating commercial equipment such as mowers, hedgers and blowers.
Communicating with clients and site managers professionally.
Participating in toolbox meetings and contributing to HSEQ compliance.
Identifying opportunities to improve sites and recommending additional maintenance works.
Sites you'll work on

Commercial sites.
Schools & Childcare Centres.
Aged Care & Retirement Villages.
Strata Communities.
Parks and playgrounds.
Residential sites.
What you'll bring
Experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture or landscaping.
Leading Hands: Experience leading a crew and coordinating daily works.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Plant and turf knowledge.
Pride in your work and attention to detail.
A solid work ethic and willingness to learn.
The ability to solve problems and work well within a team.
Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for daily job updates (training provided).
You'll also need
Current driver's license.
White Card.
Current Police Check / Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one.
Bonus points if you have
Certificate III or IV in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or a related trade.
Chemical application accreditation.
Experience working on commercial construction sites.
