We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at our Malaga showroom.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, has a strong sales mindset and can provide a high standard of service from the initial enquiry through to completing the sale.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A friendly, confident and professional approach to customers
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Ability to work towards sales targets and convert enquiries into sales
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow procedures
Reliability, punctuality and a strong attendance record
Ability to remain organised and perform well during busy periods
Confidence handling customer concerns and complaints professionally
Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
Previous retail, furniture, homewares or sales experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom




Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable furniture
Providing product, pricing, availability and promotion information
Converting customer enquiries into sales
Preparing quotes, invoices and processing customer payments
Following up customer enquiries, quotations and outstanding sales opportunities
Assisting customers with delivery and collection enquiries
Maintaining product displays and showroom presentation
Keeping up to date with current products, promotions and offers
Assisting with customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
Supporting promotional activities and social media content when required
Completing general showroom and sales administration
