About the role
Global Workwear Investments Pty Ltd is seeking an Embroidery & Branding Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis at our facility in Welshpool, WA.
This role is pivotal to our operations, providing technical expertise and support in embroidery and branding services that directly enhance the quality and visual appeal of our workwear products.
You will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional results whilst maintaining our high standards for craftsmanship and attention to detail.
What you'll be doing
Operating and maintaining embroidery machinery to produce high-quality designs on garments and workwear
Preparing designs and artwork for embroidery, including digitising and adjusting files as required
Assisting with the development and implementation of branding solutions for client projects
Ensuring all embroidered products meet quality standards before delivery
Maintaining accurate records of designs, stock and completed orders
Supporting the sales and customer service teams with branding consultations and sample preparation
Troubleshooting embroidery equipment issues and performing routine maintenance
Collaborating with team members to deliver projects on schedule and within specifications
What we're looking for
Proven experience in embroidery operations or a related textile and garment customization field
Strong technical knowledge of embroidery machinery and software systems
Proficiency in design software or the ability to learn quickly, such as embroidery digitising programmes
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team
Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred: Experience in workwear or custom branding services
