Job DescriptionEILLIA CAROUSEL PTY LTD Barbar Industries is seeking a qualified and experienced Hairdresser for a full-time position based in Cannington, WA.
The role involves delivering a wide range of professional hairdressing services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with clients, providing expert advice on hair care and styling, and performing services such as cutting, colouring, and treatments in line with industry standards.
This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon workplace.
The Hairdresser will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, following health and safety regulations, and contributing to a positive team culture.
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a relevant hairdressing qualification (Certificate III or equivalent) and have at least 2 years of full-time relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Keep workstations clean and comply with hygiene and safety standards Manage bookings and maintain client records Stay updated with current hair trends and techniques cutting hair with scissors, clippers and razors styling hair into dreadlocks and braids and adding hair extensions Design traditional and contemporary hairstyles.
Qualification & experience Relevant qualification in Hairdressing (Certificate III or higher or equivalent) Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience as a Hairdresser Strong knowledge of hair colouring, cutting, and styling techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Reliable, professional, and well-presented About Company Barbar Industries is a growing hair and beauty business based in Cannington, WA.
