Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with procurement or purchasing experience?
Our client is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join a well-established industrial business based in Henderson on a 6-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a cooperative team where you'll play a key role in supporting procurement operations, ensuring materials and services are purchased efficiently to keep projects moving.
About the Role: You will provide administrative support across the procurement function while working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
Raise and process purchase orders in a timely manner Obtain supplier quotes and assist with sourcing materials Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Monitor order progress and follow up on deliveries Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing,



availability and lead times Provide general administrative support to the procurement team To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in procurement or purchasing administration Strong administrative and organisational skills High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Further Details: Rate of pay: $40 per hour + Super Location: Henderson Contract: 6-month contract (with potential for extension) Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week APPLY NOW If you are interested and available, pleas click "APPLY NOW".
