We have exciting opportunities available across our café locations at QEII Medical Centre in Nedlands, ECU City Campus and Osborne Park Hospital.
We serve specialty coffee and fresh, wholesome food made in-house, and we're looking for an experienced FOH Allrounder / Barista to join our passionate team.
This role is perfect for someone who can confidently work across the counter, deliver exceptional coffee and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Lead coffee quality and consistency using our La Marzocco PB ABR, Mythos grinders, Moccamaster and EK43
Prepare exceptional espresso and batch brew recipes
Deliver warm, friendly and efficient service to every customer
Work across all areas of the café, including customer service, food preparation and counter service
Support a busy café team with reliability, enthusiasm and a positive attitude




Help deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience
What we're looking for
Proven barista experience
Monday–Sunday availability
Confidence working in a high-volume café or hospitality environment
Strong coffee knowledge and a passion for quality
Good latte art skills are preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A reliable, energetic and team-focused attitude
A genuine passion for coffee, people and excellent hospitality
