We're looking for a capable and values-driven Manager to lead our Shared Living services in Wodonga and help create safe, inclusive and person-centred homes where people can thrive.
This role is Permanent Part Time 32 hours per week based in Wodonga.

About The Role
As Manager, you'll lead a team of Support Workers delivering high-quality services across Shared Living homes in the Wodonga region.
You'll play a key role in ensuring residents experience safe, empowering and person-centred support while leading your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.




This role combines people leadership, operational management and service quality responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and support a team of Support WorkersFoster a positive, engaged and high-performing team cultureEnsure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practicePartner with residents, families, advocates and stakeholdersSupport positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practicesOversee workforce planning, rosters and service deliveryManage budgets and financial performanceEnsure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies and quality requirementsDrive continuous improvement and service excellence

You'll be a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about supporting people and developing teams.

Experience leading and developing teamsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsExperience managing operational priorities in a fast-paced environmentSound problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesA commitment to inclusion, dignity and person-centred practiceExperience in disability, aged care, healthcare, community services or another people-focused sector is highly regarded
