About the OpportunityYou will join a team of skilled Work, Health, Safety and Wellbeing professionals.
As a member you will be responsible for:
Serving as a WHS safety subject matter authority to provide strategic direction and expertise to ECU Leaders to assist in ensuring Due Diligence obligations are met and essential risk management activities are successfully embedded.
Ongoing implementation and continuous improvement of an evidence-based Wellbeing program that will successfully support our people.
Driving the development of systems that support targeted WHS and Wellbeing initiatives.
Partnering with key site or project leaders to drive culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
About youOur ideal candidate will be:
Tertiary qualified (preferably within a Work Health and Safety or Psychology/Organisational Psychology related discipline) and/or possess equivalent experience.
Experienced in promoting Wellbeing initiatives
An ability to identify areas to develop for Wellbeing or Psychosocial safety
