Underground Production Engineer Location: WARoster: 8/6 FIFO from Perth Responsibilities: Optimizing resource extraction through strategic mine design and production planning.
Developing drill-and-blast designs and comprehensive operational work plans.
Partnering closely with underground geology and survey teams to ensure accurate execution and resource delivery.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives in mechanized underground mining operations Requirements & Skills:
Education: Engineering Degree is mandatory.
Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of experience as a Mining Engineer in the Underground space
Technical: Deswik experience is ideal
Commodity: Gold experience is preferred
Communication: Must have robust communication skills—they want someone who will "speak up" if something doesn't look or feel right.
