Job DescriptionBlue Sky Transport As an ICT Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse operational requirements, evaluate ICT systems and recommend technology solutions that improve business performance, efficiency and customer experience.

Task & responsibilities Consult with business users to gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
Analyse business processes, workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Recommend improvements to business processes, system functionality and technology solutions to enhance operational performance.
Develop project plans, timelines and resource requirements using recognised project management methodologies.
Prepare functional specifications, business requirements and technical documentation for software developers.
Use business analysis, data modelling and process mapping techniques to support the design and development of ICT solutions.
Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities to ensure quality outcomes.
Assist with deploying new systems and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop user guides, training materials and conduct training sessions for staff.




Act as the key liaison between business users, management, software developers and external vendors throughout ICT projects.
Provide advice and recommendations during system design, implementation and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with users and developers to improve the functionality, usability and performance of business systems, websites and applications.
Monitor system performance and recommend ongoing enhancements to support continuous business improvement.
Qualification & experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum one/two years' relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering and system analysis.
Knowledge of ERP, CRM or transport management systems is highly regarded.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
