A growing business with an office based in Oakford is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support its finance function.
This part time/casual role offers flexibility to work 5-10 hours per week, and may be undertaken remotely, with the option to engage on an ABN basis for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and reconcile BAS and GST obligations
Process payroll, superannuation, and payroll tax
Complete bank reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Produce end-of-month reports and accurate financial statement




Maintain compliance with Australian bookkeeping requirements and best practices
About You:
Extensive experience using QuickBooks Online is essential
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Able to prioritise competing tasks and consistently meet deadlines
A strong communicator who maintains professionalism and confidentiality
Proactive in identifying issues and recommending process improvements
Experience supporting multiple entities will be advantageous
Exposure to the transport, construction, or heavy equipment sectors will be highly regarded
