About the Role Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you'll work across the entire organisation, partnering with leaders and teams from every department to understand their operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver strategic initiatives that create meaningful business outcomes.
This is a highly team-oriented role where you'll engage with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, People & Culture, HSE, Commercial, ICT, Project Delivery and Corporate Services, ensuring projects align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
You'll be responsible for driving organisational transformation, improving systems and processes, leading change management initiatives and championing the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance the way the business operates.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders across every department to understand business needs, challenges and strategic priorities.
Lead organisation-wide programs and transformation initiatives from planning through to successful delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve business performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, productivity and operational effectiveness.
Develop project plans, governance frameworks, risk registers and executive reporting.
Manage multiple strategic projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops and change management activities.
Build strong relationships across all business functions, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Support the Executive Leadership Team with strategic advice, reporting and recommendations that contribute to organisational success.
About You You'll be an experienced Program Manager who enjoys working with people, influencing change and delivering strategic outcomes across a complex organisation.You'll bring:
Proven experience delivering complex programs,
transformation projects or organisational change initiatives.
The ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A passion for innovation, AI and identifying smarter ways of working.
Experience leading business improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP.
Exposure to Employment Hero or similar HRIS platforms will be highly regarded.
Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
