About the Role
Join our Mental Health team as a Mental Health Nurse or Clinical Nurse and help deliver compassionate, recovery focused care that supports positive consumer outcomes.
Classification will be based on your experience, qualifications and clinical capability within a supportive multidisciplinary setting.
• Deliver direct mental health nursing care• Provide case management and therapeutic support• Facilitate education,



counselling and group programs• Collaborate with healthcare and community services• Guide students and less experienced staff• Contribute to clinical improvement and recovery outcomes
About You
You are a compassionate mental health nurse who delivers recovery focused care and works collaboratively to support positive consumer and team outcomes.
• AHPRA registration with mental health qualification• Deliver therapeutic mental health nursing care• Support consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams• Guide staff and contribute to positive team culture• Use clinical systems and manage competing priorities effectively
