In this role, you will complement existing nursing services, support patients and families, and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams.Key responsibilities include assessing and triaging patients, maintaining accurate records, understanding treatments and clinical effects, providing psychosocial support and education, advocating for patients, facilitating access to supportive care services, and participating in case conferences and MDT meetings.About YouOur ideal candidate will demonstrate:Compassionate, patient-centred nursing practice with a focus on oncology careStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families,
