Associate to Senior Associate – Insurance LitigationCanberra | Hybrid and Flexible Working An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Canberra office of a highly regarded national law firm.You will work closely with an experienced Partner and a collaborative insurance team on a diverse range of complex matters, including:
Public liability claims Historical abuse matters Commonwealth workers' compensation CTP claims Litigation in the ACT and NSW Courts, ACAT and the Administrative Review Tribunal The firm represents major insurers, self-insured organisations and government departments,



providing exposure to high-quality clients and challenging matters.This opportunity would suit a high-performing Associate ready to step up to Senior Associate level or an emerging Senior Associate seeking greater responsibility and career progression.
About you:
At least 3 years' post-admission experience Experience in defendant liability, CTP, historical abuse or another insurance-related area Solid written communication and file-management skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Experience mentoring junior lawyers would be advantageous Candidates from plaintiff law firms or in-house legal teams are also encouraged to apply.The firm offers a supportive culture, access to highly regarded insurance lawyers and genuine flexibility.
