About the role
We are looking for an experienced technician to join our constantly growing team.
Based in Biggera Waters, if you are a person willing to deliver excellent customer service, are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic – we are looking for you.
Key responsibilities
Repair and service various brands of domestic garage doors and openers
Installation of both roller doors and panel/sectional doors – all brands
Diagnose, troubleshoot and problem solve issues delivering accurate and cost effective repairs
Perform routine servicing and maintenance to ensure reliability and optimum performance of garage doors and openers
Ensure all work is carried out safely and compliant to WHS standards and policies
Maintain, care for and be responsible for all business tools and equipment provided
About you
Knowledge of domestic garage doors and openers
Experience as a service technician or installer in the garage door industry with a minimum of 2 years experience
Ability to work as part of a team and also independently
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in problem solving and troubleshooting repairs and installations




Valid open Australian Drivers License
Police Criminal History check less than 2 years old or agreeable to obtain one if offered the position
White card preferred or agreeable to obtain one if offered the position
Available for after hours emergency repairs
An Australian resident for employment purposes
