About the Prospect
We are seeking an experienced APS4 Executive Assistant to join a major federal agency within the disability sector on a full time assignment within the Chief Corporate and Commercial Division.
In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will provide high-level administrative support to two SES Band 1 Branch Managers overseeing Corporate, Information and Property Services, and Procurement.
Working under general direction, you will handle moderately complex tasks, maintain seamless daily operations,



and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex diaries and inbox triage, proactively adjusting to shifting priorities and urgent timeframes.
Coordinate official meetings, prepare committee documentation, and manage end-to-end travel and official function arrangements.
Prepare draft responses to correspondence, briefing materials, and handle sensitive/confidential documentation with discretion.
Provide operational administrative support across branch personnel, financial matters, and general workflow management.
Perform research and investigations to support branch initiatives as requested.
