We're looking for an Electrical Brewery Technician to join our high-performing team at our Yatala Brewery.
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with production and maintenance teams to optimise equipment performance, troubleshoot automation systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our brewery operations.
From maintaining critical instrumentation and PLC systems to supporting process reliability, you'll help ensure we continue to deliver quality products enjoyed by millions of consumers.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity operating on a 24/6 rotating roster, working 12-hour day and night shifts.
Key Accountabilities
You're a qualified electrician who enjoys solving problems, working with automated systems, and collaborating with others to improve performance.
You thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are passionate about safety, reliability, and continuous learning.
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems
Support brewery operations to achieve production and performance targets
Investigate equipment and process issues, identifying sustainable solutions
Perform preventative maintenance, calibration and reliability improvements




Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and optimise performance
Champion a strong safety culture and comply with site safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the brewery
About You
Electrical Trade Qualification and relevant electrical licenses
Experience within FMCG, food, beverage, packaging, or manufacturing environments
Exposure to PLC, SCADA and industrial control systems
Robust fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safety and operational excellence
A willingness to learn, develop, and grow your technical expertise
