The Opportunity:
Full Time & Permanent | Monday to Friday
Effectively assist with customer enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements/deliveries, including reporting on misdirected freight
Utilise various Internal Systems and Microsoft Office Programs - E.g. TruckMate, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
About You:
Passionate about providing quality administration and customer care & support.
Computer Literacy - basic skills in Microsoft suite programs
Excellent Communication skills
Exposure to Transport, Logistics or Warehousing - Highly Regarded




Positive attitude and ability to work in a small team environment
