About the RoleWe're seeking a digital all-rounder to assist with SEM and broader performance strategy across a varied client mix.
You'll assist with strategy, planning and hands-on execution, partner closely with design and analytics, and lift our standards, and results.
Responsibilities
Plan and run best-in-class Meta Ads, and assist with Google Ads and Bing when required, with clear testing roadmaps.
Turn business goals into channel strategy, budgets, forecasts and measurable targets.
Build clean account structures, smart bidding frameworks and useful automations (scripts/rules/alerts).
Collaborate with our design team to ship compelling creative and high-converting landing pages.
Stand up GA4/GTM tracking and reporting that clients actually read.
Lead quarterly planning and present insights,



tests and next moves to clients.
Contribute to CRO ideas (copy, forms, funnels) and paid social planning.

Skills & ExperienceRequired
4+ years in SEM/performance (Meta & Google ads)
Strong strategy: forecasting, budgeting & testing.
Confident with GA4 and GTM.
Comfortable briefing designers.
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Proven ability to take ownership end-to-end and mentor others.
Nice to have
Design experience
WordPress familiarity; basic HTML/CSS; Sheets/Apps Script or SQL; Adobe Suite.
