We are seeking a motivated and experienced butcher or meat processing worker to join our processing team.
Must be able to process all the species we slaughter Camel, Beef, Donkey and Deer.The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing, trimming, cutting and processing meat products while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality assurance and export standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSelect, trim, cut and prepare meat products for processing and saleRemove bones, trim fat and prepare meat to required specificationsOperate meat processing equipment, including slicing, mincing, grinding and cutting machinesPrepare meat portions according to production schedules and customer specificationsPrepare marinated and seasoned meat products where requiredMonitor product quality and identify meat that does not meet quality standardsPackage,



label and arrange meat products for storage and distributionMaintain hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulationsFollow workplace health and safety procedures and protected operating practicesAssist with stock rotation and minimize product wasteclean and maintain processing equipment and work areasWork collaboratively with production staff to achieve daily production targetsEssential RequirementsAQF Certificate 3 in Meat processing (or equivalent), or at least two years of relevant industry experienceExperience in meat cutting, trimming and processing within a commercial meat processing environmentAbility to safely operate meat processing machinery and equipmentGood understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality productsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamPay: $79,****** – $82,****** per yearWork Location: In person
