Digital Canberra is seeking a high performing individual for the position of Executive Officer in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level support to the COO within a fast-paced and complex environment.
The role is responsible for managing executive workflows, coordinating sensitive correspondence, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality advice and information to support strategic decision-making.




Working closely with senior stakeholders across and outside the organisation, you will build robust relationships, facilitate effective communication, and contribute to a high-performing executive support network.
Success in this role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
The position requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and possess, or acquire and maintain a security clearance at the ASVGA Baseline level as an eligibility qualification for the position.
If screening is not successful, your employment will not commence or, if already commenced, your employment will be reassessed.
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately until 31 December **** with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
