About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to provide high level bookkeeping support to clients as part of our Accounting and Business Advisory service.
The key responsibilities will include:
Manage multiple bookkeeping jobs.
Maintain accurate records of all business transactions.
Be responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable and payable system.
Prepare month-end reconciliations and management reports.
Provide assistance with debtor control.
Prepare BAS, PAYG and superannuation payments.
Process Group payroll requirements.
Utilise Xero and MYOB.
Other administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
You will bring experience working in a similar Bookkeeping function,



along with sound experience and knowledge of Payroll systems and leave reconciliation processes.
You will demonstrate excellent personal judgment and integrity, well-developed organisational and time management skills and you'll approach work with a positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
