This role is casual, with up to 38hrs per week currently available, travelling throughout NSW with potential to attend sites across QLD and Victoria also.
Delivering connection and solutions for our clients and network of small business owners, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and hands on technical work to inspect, report and repair of installed or pre-installed fibreglass pools.
This would suit someone with trade qualifications, who thrives having autonomy to find and implement the best solutions.
Duties will include:
Repairing quality issues associated with fibreglass pool shells that have been installed or pre-installation.
Being a strong brand ambassador for the business in interactions with clients.
Trouble-shooting the cause of errors and taking the necessary action to provide internal feedback and remedying the problem at hand.
Completion of service reports and delivery of reports to the Technical Service Manager.
Conducting site inspections to assess and determine service and warranty requirements




Communicating with Technical Service Manager as required and maintain a professional and productive relationship.
Must haves:
Trade qualifications or equivalent experience in fibreglass OR colour blending OR panel beating & spray coating
Strong communication and customer service skills
Drivers license and ability to travel inter and intra state, sometimes staying overnight
Basic computer literacy, email, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Forms
Nice to haves:
Diving Certificate for underwater repairs
Competency or knowledge in a variety of hand tools, composite materials and pump equipment
Need to know:
Based in NSW preferred but open to QLD or VIC based applicants
Award rates, level based on skills and experience, plus loadings and allowances, vehicle provided
