Concentis are partnering with a leading renewable energy owner and operator to source an experienced Lead Technician to support the ongoing operation and maintenance of a large-scale solar farm.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll provide technical leadership to site technicians while remaining hands-on in maintenance, fault finding and high-voltage operations.
This is a senior site-based role responsible for driving safety, reliability and operational excellence across the site.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and support a team of site technicians, fostering a solid safety-first culture Plan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximise plant performance Perform and oversee high-voltage switching, fault finding and repairs across site assets Supervise contractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Manage maintenance work orders, reporting and asset information within the site's CMMS Monitor site tools, spare parts and operational documentation to support reliable maintenance Support compliance with safety,
