Position Descriptor:
Willunga Preschool is seeking a Preschool Teacher for either a full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment or two part-time appointments (0.5 FTE each).

As a Preschool Teacher at Willunga Preschool, you will work as part of a small, collaborative team to deliver high-quality play-based learning that inspires curiosity, supports wellbeing and helps every child flourish.

Our curriculum embraces play-based, inquiry-led learning, children's agency and nature pedagogy.
We create intentional indoor and outdoor learning environments where children can explore, investigate and connect with nature.
The successful applicant will:
Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning programs.
Use observation, documentation and assessment to inform curriculum planning.
Create intentional learning environments that promote curiosity, creativity and children's agency.
Support children's wellbeing, inclusion and participation.
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Reflect collaboratively to continually improve practice.
