K**** Operators dayshift and afternoon shift

As a K**** Operator, you will:
Operate and monitor the K**** safely and efficiently.
Take ownership of machine performance and output quality.
Help maximise machine uptime and burn time.
Support team members.




Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.
Maintain a clean, protected and organised work area.
Contribute to our culture of teamwork, accountability and customer focus.
Have overhead crane and magnet crane experience
Hold a current forklift ticket/HRWL
What We're Looking For
Experience operating a K**** or similar processing equipment.
Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Someone who thinks ahead, solves problems and takes initiative.
A team-first mindset.
Flexible availability across day and night operations (not a rotating roster).
Pride in producing quality work and meeting customer expectations.
Preferred first aid and CPR but not essential
HR-A licence also highly regarded
