Job DescriptionNayyar Associates Pty Ltd Location: Perth Metropolitan Area (including Naval Base, Cloverdale and surrounding metropolitan areas), with travel to regional Western Australia as operational requirements and future project commitments arise.
Position: Truck Driver (Full-Time positions) | Immediate start Salary: $75,000–$85,000 Annually (based on skills and experience) + superannuation + overtime Due to continued business growth and increasing operational demand, Robust Concrete is seeking experienced and reliable Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers to join our operations team across the Perth Metropolitan
Area , including Naval Base, Cloverdale and surrounding metropolitan areas .
The successful applicants will be responsible for safely operating concrete agitator trucks to transport and deliver concrete to commercial, residential, civil, and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with all applicable road transport legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
The successful applicants may be required to work across various client sites throughout the Perth Metropolitan
Area , including Naval Base, Cloverdale and surrounding metropolitan locations , and may also be required to travel to regional Western Australia as operational requirements, business growth, client demands, and future project commitments arise.

Long-term career growth opportunities Task & responsibilities Driving and operating Heavy Rigid (HR) concrete agitator trucks to transport concrete safely and efficiently.
Delivering concrete to construction sites, concrete batching plants, and infrastructure projects.
Conducting daily pre-start inspections and routine vehicle safety checks.
Ensuring the safe loading, transportation, and unloading of concrete in accordance with operational and safety requirements.
Completing and maintaining delivery dockets, logbooks, trip records, and other required documentation.
Monitoring vehicle condition and promptly reporting any mechanical faults, defects, or maintenance requirements.
Complying with all applicable NHVR regulations, fatigue management requirements, mass and load restraint standards, and road transport legislation.
Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and roadworthiness of vehicles in accordance with company standards.




Communicating effectively with dispatch teams, batching plant operators, customers, and site personnel to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Qualification & experience Valid HR Driver Licence (essential) Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR Truck driving experience Experience operating concrete agitator trucks (preferred but not essential – training provided) Sound knowledge of road safety, transport regulations, and compliance requirements in Australia Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with flexible hours, including overtime and weekends Solid communication skills and a reliable, safety-focused approach to work White Card preferred About Company Nayyar Associates Pty Ltd , trading as Robust Concrete , is a leading provider of concrete agitator truck and driver services, supporting major concrete producers, civil contractors, and infrastructure projects across Australia.
