The Role
You'll be at the heart of large-scale camp kitchens, turning out quality meals for hardworking crews — because good food matters when people are far from home.
Expect variety, pace, and the satisfaction of running a tight, well-fed operation.
What You'll Be Doing




Cooking high-volume breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner services
Producing consistently outstanding meals, whether feeding 20 or 200
Running buffet-style service in a fast-paced camp kitchen
Catering to dietary, allergy and cultural needs with care
Keeping HACCP and food safety standards front and centre
Running an audit-ready, efficient kitchen
Working rotating day, night and split shifts
What You'll Need
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Solid background in high-volume catering
Strong grasp of HACCP and food safety procedures
Current WA Driver's Licence
Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 4 months, Clear)
White Card
Full Australian working rights
Currently based in Western Australia
Ready to mobilise at short notice for FIFO assignments
