Chapters Boathouse in Two Rocks are seeking a experienced Head Chef to work alongside the owner eventually taking full control of the day to day running of the kitchen
We are open six days a week.
Free in office parking available.

To be considered for these positions you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience across most sections in an al-la-carte kitchen
An excellent communicator and team player
Willingness to learn and refine your cooking skills & knowledge
Knife skills essential
Attention to detail in a high pressure environment
Able to work independently and in a team
Exemplary personal presentation
An eye for presentation and an unrelenting desire for excellence
Breakfast experience would be a advantage
