Engage is expanding our workforce and looking for experienced Labourers and Operators for a variety of ongoing opportunities across industrial, construction, maintenance and shutdown sites throughout the Gladstone region.
We work with a range of major industrial sites and clients, providing opportunities for people who have the experience, tickets and attitude to hit the ground running.
What we are looking For
We're looking for people who are experienced, reliable and ready to work.
You will ideally have:
Previous industrial labouring experience
Current Gladstone Industry Medical – or willingness to obtain
Construction/OHS White Card
Confined Space – within the last 2 years
Working at Heights – within the last 2 years
Relevant licences, tickets or operator competencies where required
Reliable transport to and from site
Ability to work long shifts and physically demanding environments




Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
Excellent reliability and attendance
A positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
