About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our agency and take ownership of a small, well-maintained portfolio.
Whilst this is a full-time position preferably, we are prepared to offer flexible, part-time opportunity to the right candidate if desired.
The position includes a range of core tasks and responsibilities such as:
Managing day-to-day operations of a residential rental portfolio
Building robust, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
Coordinating routine inspections, maintenance, lease renewals, entry & exit reports
Responding to enquiries promptly and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Delivering exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate communication records
Liaising with property owners and tenants
Arrears management
Advertising vacant rental properties and assessing suitable applications
About YouWe're looking for someone who brings:




Proven experience in residential property management
Real Estate Salesperson Licence
Excellent communication skills and a genuine service mindset
Strong organisational skills and the discipline to self-manage
Sound knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation
A calm, solutions-focused approach when issues arise
Attention to detail
A valid driver's licence
