About the Position
This is a field staff role that works in a team setting performing horticulture related maintenance activities on reserves using ride-on mowers, trucks and a variety of hand tools.
About You
You will have good communication skills, able to listen to customers, team members and supervisors.
You will have a solid background in horticulture, conservation and vegetation management with an understanding of best practices and hold required safety tickets and relevant experience.
Key Selection Criteria:
A Certificate 3 in Horticulture, Conservation Land Management or similar.
Experience in commercial reserve maintenance works.
A valid Australian MR Driver's license.
Experience in working with and supporting a small team.
Passion and value for outstanding customer service.
Understanding of WHS procedures, applying First Aid and hazard identification and looking after the wellbeing of your teammates.
