About Us
The Australian Turntable Company (ATC) is a proudly Australian manufacturer based in Bendigo, Victoria, specialising in the design and manufacture of vehicle turntables.
Our products are used across residential, commercial and industrial environments throughout Australia and internationally.
With nearly four decades of experience, we've built our reputation on quality engineering, practical innovation and reliable service delivery — helping people and vehicles move through tricky spaces with ease (we like to think we've got a few things sorted, if not fully turned around).
As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for someone to help keep our service administration sharp, with a supporting hand in installations too.
We are now seeking a Service & Installations Administrator to join our team in Bendigo.
About the Role
This role is primarily focused on administering ATC's service function — think scheduling, customer communication, troubleshooting support, and following up on quotes — with a supporting role in our installations coordination alongside it.
Reporting to the National Installation & Service Manager, you'll be a familiar voice for our customers, helping with initial troubleshooting, preparing communications and updates, and, when the opportunity comes up, following up on a quote to help it turn into a booking.
You'll also lend administrative support to our installations activities — job set-up, records, and keeping information current — so our Team Leaders and field staff always have what they need.
This is a full-time position based at our Bendigo premises, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administration for our service function, including scheduling, documentation and record-keeping.
Respond to internal and customer queries relating to service schedules, job status and documentation.
Provide customers with basic troubleshooting support to help determine whether a service or repair is needed.
Prepare customer communications, confirmations and updates, delivering great customer service throughout.
Spot opportunities to promote additional services, and follow up on outstanding quotes to help turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Track job progress and flag delays, changes or data issues early, before they become a problem.
Support compliance with safety, quality and record-keeping requirements through accurate documentation.
Provide administrative support to our installations activities, including job set-up and records, and help keep Team Leaders and field staff across current information.
Collaborate with Team Leaders, Project Coordinators and other teams to keep things running smoothly — especially during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone organised, personable and unfazed by a busy inbox — someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys being the person others rely on to keep things on track.
Essential experience
Experience in an administrative or coordination support role, ideally within an operational, service, or field-based environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment — schedules shift and priorities move, and you're energised by adapting rather than frustrated by it.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities within clear processes.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Confident user of business systems and standard office software.
Well-developed customer service skills — calm, clear and professional, including when handling enquiries or concerns.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
A reliable, collaborative and proactive approach to supporting team outcomes.
Highly desirable
Experience in a role involving quotes, scheduling or job coordination.
A knack for spotting an opportunity — prior exposure to upselling or promoting services is a bonus, not a requirement.
Background in a trade, technical, or field-services industry.
Why Join ATC
At ATC, our culture is built on purposeful design, quality, innovation, professional development and solid customer relationships — and we've grown from a local Bendigo business into a world leader in turntable manufacturing without losing sight of any of that.
Key features of the role include:
Being part of a well-established, growing Australian manufacturer
Playing a genuine part in shaping how our service offering grows, not just administering it
A supportive team culture built on safety, quality, accountability, integrity and teamwork
Real work-life balance, including support for your right to disconnect outside of agreed hours
A Bendigo-based, Monday to Friday role — no weekend work
