Boilermakers – Multiple Positions
UGL is seeking experienced, safety-focused Boilermakers to join major underground project at Olympic Dam in South Australia.
Working as part of a high-performing underground projects team, you will contribute to structural, mechanical and civil project work including grizzlies, load chutes and associated underground infrastructure.
About the role
· Join a project team delivering underground structural, mechanical and piping works.
· Undertake fabrication, fitting, welding, lifting and installation activities.
· Work on grizzlies, load chutes, bins and other underground project scopes.
· Read and interpret drawings, specifications and work packs.
· Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and schedule performance.
· Work closely with Supervisors, Leading Hands and other trade groups to deliver project outcomes safely and efficiently.
About you
· Trade qualified Boilermaker.
· Demonstrated experience in heavy industrial, mining, shutdown or project environments.
· Previous underground mining experience desirable but not essential.
· Strong fabrication and welding capability.
· Ability to work from drawings and specifications.
· Driver's licence.
· High Risk Work Licence.
· Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets desirable.
· Bobcat, Franna, Truck, Rigger or Dogman tickets desirable.
· Current First Aid qualification desirable.
· Able to work to a high standard and contribute positively within a team environment.

· FIFO from Adelaide or residential Roxby Downs options.
· Weekly local allowance for Roxby Downs employees.
· Camp accommodation, meals, travel,
