The Hong Kong Investment Corporation Limited ("HKIC") is dedicated to contributing to the future development of Hong Kong by identifying investment opportunities and strategically promoting the development of target industries, so as to enhance the long-term competitiveness and economic vitality of Hong Kong while generating investment return.
It is wholly owned by the HKSAR Government, and consolidates the management of the investment activities of the Hong Kong Growth Portfolio, Greater Bay Area Investment Fund, Strategic Tech Fund, and the Co-Investment Fund.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-going compliance monitoring of investment activities against legal documentation and established policies and guidelinesMonitor enterprise risks arising from the HKIC's operations and implement the enterprise risk management framework across the organisation, including facilitating the preparation and maintenance of the risk register to identify risks and formulate controls as well as mitigation measuresAssist in conducting post-deal monitoring of investments through performance review, analysis of co-investment opportunities, capital deployment, distribution, returns and value creation, and assessment of Hong Kong advantages from investmentsReview relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with the latest requirements and operational needsSupport in carrying out qualitative and quantitative analytical tasks for investment management and risk management purposesPerform other assigned duties as required
Requirements
University degree with good academic results in accountancy, economics, finance, investment management,



risk management or related fieldsAt least 4 years of relevant experience in financial services, investment banking, accounting, risk management or related fieldsProfessional qualifications in accountancy, financial analysis or risk management is a plusExperience in commercial/ financial / operational due diligenceGood understanding of the Basic Law of the HKSARCommitted to contributing to the development of Hong Kong and achieving the HKIC's objectivesStrong sense of integrity and professional ethicsGood understanding of risk and internal controls applicable to organisationGood team player and willing to take on new challenges and share ideasLogical and attention to detailGood command of written and spoken Chinese and English
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for an offer of appointment at Officer level.)
Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates, taking into account the relevant depth and breadth of experience and qualifications.
