About You:




While individual role requirements vary, successful ILS consultants generally possess:
Defence Industry Experience: Prior exposure to the ASDEFCON framework, CASG processes, or experience as a transitioning ADF member (Logistics/Technical trades highly regarded).
Technical Rigour: A degree in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent hands-on technical Defence experience.
Security Clearance: An active Australian Department of Defence security clearance (Baseline, NV1, or NV2) is highly desirable, or the clear ability to successfully undergo the AGSVA vetting process.
Consultative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-tiered stakeholder environments.
