About Human Resource
Management Information System (HRMIS)
The new HR, payroll, and
rostering solution, HRPlus, will transform the way pay, rosters and
leave entitlements are processed for nearly 60,000 WA Health
employees.
The new solution will reduce many manual processes and
paper-based HR forms, while providing employees with more options
to securely access their payslips, leave and roster information at
any time, including from their own devices.
Your new
role
We are seeking an
enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of
Project Manager (Testing).
This is a Fixed Term Full
Time appointments until 31 January **** with the possibility of
extension(s) and/or permanency.
Key
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager
(Testing), you will lead the planning, coordination and
delivery of complex testing programs that contribute to strategic
organisational outcomes for Health Support Services and WA Health.
Working collaboratively with Program Managers, Project Managers,
technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors, you will drive
the successful delivery of testing activities, ensuring systems and
solutions meet agreed quality standards, scope, schedule and
business requirements.
As a Project Manager
(Testing), you will be responsible for:
Test Planning
and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test
strategies and plans, defining scope, objectives, and testing
approaches
Team
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage testing
teams, including QA engineers and test analysts, ensuring
professional growth and effective collaboration
Coordination and
Execution: Oversee all testing activities, including
system, integration, functional, performance, security, and
user acceptance testing
Collaboration: Work
closely with developers, project managers, business analysts,
and stakeholders to align testing with project timelines and
business objectives
Risk
Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks
related to testing processes, project deadlines, and product
quality
Testing Tools
and Frameworks: Promote and manage the adoption
of test frameworks and test management systems (e.g., ClickUp)
to improve efficiency




Quality
Assurance Advocacy: Ensure testing activities
comply with established quality standards and best practices,
maintaining high product quality
Reporting and
Metrics: Monitor and report on testing progress,
defect tracking, and quality metrics to stakeholder
Highly Regarded
Experience
Delivery
of large-scale, complex projects or statewide transformation
programs.
Leading
projects associated with organisational reform, service
transformation or major government initiatives.
Experience working
within hospitals, Health Service Providers or the broader
health sector.
Delivery
of digital health, Government ICT projects, payroll, rostering
or HR systems, data, analytics, dashboards or enterprise
technology initiatives.
Experience working
within complex program environments with multiple concurrent
projects and interdependencies.
