About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through to completion.
You will manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with Australian standards
Key Responsibilities
· Manage construction projects from planning to completion.
· Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.




· Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
· Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
· Monitor site progress and resolve project issues.
· Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
· Manage project costs, variations, and project reporting.
· Ensure compliance with building codes, contracts, and WHS requirements.
· Conduct site inspections and monitor quality and subcontractor performance.
· Coordinate council approvals and maintain stakeholder relationships
What We're Looking For
· Must have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
· Must have a 2 years' skilled experience as a Project Manager within the Australian construction industry or a comparable environment.
· Experience delivering residential and commercial construction projects.
· Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
· Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
· Knowledge of Australian Building Codes and WHS requirements.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
